Can I use an AI product video in Meta or TikTok ads?
Nitaris delivers what an ad needs: a clean, watermark-free MP4 in vertical 9:16 or widescreen 16:9, with full commercial rights to the footage. What each platform allows in terms of AI-generated or AI-disclosed creative is set by that platform and changes — check Meta's and TikTok's current advertising policies before you run.
There are two questions inside this one, and only the first is ours to answer. Do you have the rights and the right file? Yes: full commercial rights, no watermark on paid files, and the two ratios that paid social placements are built around. That is the half Nitaris controls, and it is the half most people are actually asking about.
The second half — whether a specific ad platform accepts AI-generated creative, and whether it wants that creative labelled — is set by Meta and TikTok, not by us. Those rules have changed more than once and they differ by country and by ad category. We deliberately do not publish a summary of them here, because a stale summary in a search result is worse than no summary: you would be making a compliance decision on our out-of-date reading of someone else's policy.
So do the thirty-second version yourself. Open the current advertising policies and AI-disclosure guidance for the platform you are buying on, check whether your category has extra rules, and use whatever labelling the platform asks for. If you sell in a regulated category, that check is worth doing before you spend on the creative, not after.
