Do I own the AI-generated video and photos commercially?

Yes. Every video and photo you generate comes with full commercial rights — use them in ads, on your storefront, in email, wherever you sell. Paid files carry no watermark, and there is no per-asset licence fee on top of the credit you already spent. The output is yours to keep.

The longer answer

The reason to state this plainly is that stock and template libraries usually do not. There, an asset arrives with a licence tier attached — one that limits paid placements, or print, or resale, and expires. Nitaris's model is simpler: a credit buys the shoot, and the files it produces are yours to use commercially with no ongoing permission from us.

That covers the placements a seller actually cares about — paid social and display creative, your own storefront and product pages, marketplace listings, email, and organic posts. It applies to the stills as well as the film; the photo set is not licensed differently from the video.

One practical distinction: the free preview is watermarked on purpose. It exists so you can see your own product filmed before paying, and the watermark is what keeps it a preview. One credit unlocks the clean, watermark-free master of that same film — there is no second render and no wait.

Owning the file is a separate question from where a given platform lets you run it. Rights come from us; placement rules come from whichever platform you are posting to.
