It is worth being blunt about this, because most tools in this category do one or the other. Nitaris treats them as one shoot. The film and the stills come from the same reference photo and the same art direction, so the set reads as one session rather than a collage: the hero listing shot, a macro of the clasp or the stone, a lifestyle frame with props and practical light, and an on-model frame that shows scale.
Photo sets are generated in batches — three, four or six shots — and each shot has its own role in the set rather than being the same frame six times. You pick the batch size and the aspect ratio before you generate.
