What happens if a render comes out wrong?
Regenerate it. Every finished shoot carries a one-click regenerate that shoots the product again, and a render that fails outright offers a plain retry instead of leaving you stuck. Growth and Studio packs include free regenerations, so an off take costs you a few minutes rather than another credit.
Generative rendering is not deterministic, and pretending otherwise would set the wrong expectation. Some takes miss — a camera move that hides the label, a set that fights the product, a grade that flattens a colour you care about. The design assumption here is that you will regenerate sometimes, so regenerating is one button rather than a support ticket.
There are two distinct failure modes and they behave differently. A render that finishes but is not right is a taste problem: watch it, press regenerate, and Nitaris shoots the product again. You can also change the mood first, which usually does more than a reroll on the same brief. A render that fails outright is a technical problem: the app says so plainly and offers a retry.
This is also the argument for looking at the free preview first. It is your own product, filmed, before you have spent anything — the cheapest possible moment to discover that you want a different treatment.
